eco-Cleen (now Eniva Super21tm) is a fuel additive based on emulsion technology. Super 21tm works as a concentrated combustion enhancer/regulator and combustion chamber deposit cleaner. It is used in both gasoline and diesel fuels. Super21 is sold under license from the manufacturer, H2OIL Corporation under the trade name F2-21. Advertised benefits of Super 21tm - The action of Super 21tm is two-fold. It is a combustion enhancer/regulator as well as a combustion chamber cleaner. This combination has several major advantages: Immediate and significant reduction in tailpipe emissions (HC, CO, NOx). Improves fuel economy, increases engine power and driveability, reduces emissions, decreases engine knock, and protects and extents the life of the engine. A gasoline engine with reduced cyclic dispersions and a permanently clean combustion chamber can use a significantly lower octane fuel without knocking. Typically, a dirty engine (one with more than 12,000 miles) requires 87 octane fuel, whereas a "clean" one might require only 82 octane.
